Pastor Chris Fowler

Pastor Chris and his wife Tina.
Pastor Chris
retired
from the Department of Homeland Security several
years ago and now spends his time serving the
Lord full-time.
In addition to his service at Living
Water, Pastor Chris is a Patrol Chaplain for the
La Habra Police Department and the Command
Chaplain for the Regional Support Command
(South) of the California State Military
Reserve. As such, he works very closely
with the California National Guard State
Chaplain’s Office to provide religious support
services to soldiers (and their families)
throughout California.
Pastor Chris is a gifted teacher, mentor,
and heads up our Pastoral Care team.
Tina, his wife of 20+ years, owns and
operates a 24-hour assisted living facility for
the elderly that God has given her as a ministry
